SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS

The Audit Office requires an Investigator to join the Special Review Team. The successful applicant will preferably have previous investigation, financial analysis or audit experience. Preference will be given to individuals with relevant tertiary qualifications, specifically in the areas of accounting or law. The role involves investigations in to complaints registered with the Audit Office in accordance with the PERCA Act 1995/96. A good knowledge and understanding of Government and business systems is essential. Applicants must be computer literate and possess very good written and oral communication skills. If you have an inquisitive mind, a keen interest in fraud and investigative assignments, work well individually and as part of a team, then we are interested in hearing from you.
